How much do you think you know about the virus? The purpose of COVID-bot is to provide meaningful and accurate answers to the user queries, regarding COVID-19 precautions, preventions and the current situation per country. This is an English beta version and it can be used only for COVID-19 related questions. All the information provided comes from trusted sources like WHO, CDC, NHS and is manually reviewed to ensure its accuracy.
HOW IT WORKS
COVID-bot like any advanced chatbot is a digital assistant that simulates human chat conversation by utilizing the power of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML). More specifically, it uses natural language processing (NLP) to understand the intention of the question asked by the user. Once it determines the user intention, it communicates with other algorithms that automatically fetch the desired data and provides the user with a proper response accordingly.
